Vai Malankar is a master collaborator, strategic thinker, and empathic leader. As the Associate Director of Omnichannel for Otsuka Nephrology Marketing he is committed to customer-centric design and business strategies. He has spent the last 14 years creating measurable value for his teams and is currently focused on excellence in scaling and strengthening Otsuka’s Omnichannel capabilities. As a Program Manager turned Omnichannel Champion, Vai has developed a unique perspective when it comes to organizing and leading a team toward a shared vision. Influenced by those who strive to make the impossible a reality, he aspires to be a model for Omnichannel transformation and success in the next stage of his career. He attended the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and currently lives in Princeton, NJ where in his free time, he enjoys painting, practicing guitar, and walking his two dogs.
