Stuff you really need to know:
- Hotel accommodations and travel are not included in the conference ticket price.
- Solution Providers Include: Any service provider to manufacturers and hospitals - Including software vendors, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants or companies with primary revenues resulting from commissions, subscriptions and/or advertising. Worldwide Business Research reserves the right to enforce the rate for Medical Device Manufacturers.
- Discounts: Discounted rates are on offer only to pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare manufacturers.
- Solution provider registrations will be reviewed for the correct rate and will not be admitted to event if they do not pay the correct rate. We will not be responsible for travel costs if you do not wish to pay the correct rate.
- Accommodation is not included in the above price packages, but we have secured a special discount rate at the hotel for our attendees. Once registered, you will receive your hotel discount code from our customer service department.
- A 6.35% sales tax will be added for Connecticut residents.
- Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.
