Terris Moss

Terris Moss is Associate Director, Enterprise Governance Project Management, Enterprise Operational Excellence for Bristol Myers Squibb, and the Creative Director and Diversity and Inclusion Channel Lead for BOLD Innovator podcast series. As Creative Director, Terris works in the social and digital media vertical responsible for creating metadata for each series podcast episode. Terris has more than 25 years in healthcare, academia, and pharmaceutical sectors working in leadership roles in clinical operations, healthcare administration and drug discovery. As a former university professor at Rutgers University and George Washington University and published researcher, Terris has brought awareness to healthcare disparities for disadvantaged populations and the lack education delivery services to nontraditional students to the medical community. Terris, a patient advocate, is passionate about assisting underserved populations with sourcing avenues to access quality healthcare, research and innovation. Terris is a licensed practical nurse, earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Douglas College, an MS in health sciences from George Washington University and doctor of philosophy in biomedical informatics from Rutgers University. Terri is an active member of the Black Organization for Leadership and Development (BOLD) PBRG, where she is part of the communications team within the social and digital media vertical. As creative director, Terris utilizes her writing and communication talents creating metadata for each series episode and presenting and communicating digital’s strategic importance to leadership, in large forums, as a subject matter expert.
