Steve has over 25 years of experience serving multiple industries, primarily Life Sciences, as both an Industry employee and in a Management Consulting capacity. He is an enterprise-minded, energetic, results-driven leader and strategic thinker with a broad background centered upon determining business needs, and addressing them through the right balance of people, process, and technology. Steve entered the latest stage of his career at Bristol Myers Squibb four years ago, and as the Head of IT for Global Medical Affairs, leads a dedicated team responsible for changing the way Medical Affairs operates. Select recent accomplishments have been the first-in-industry Digital Integrated Evidence Planning process, various Medical & Commercial collaboration techniques, embedding AI in key business processes, and driving use of “next best action” for Medical Affairs globally.
