As the Head of Content Strategy and Enablement, Prasant Vijayakumar assists Viseven in developing a content strategy that aligns perfectly with the company’s mission and vision. He monitors content quality and performance, educates content creators and editors, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all capabilities of omnichannel content are utilized to the fullest, and establishes content guidelines to maintain consistency and adherence.
