Pat Leary is responsible for building business strategies and teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive bottom-line results. In his role as EVP, Clinical Field Teams and Market Access, Pat leads teams responsible for contracting, trade and distribution and reimbursement assistance and pull through. He is responsible for field based clinical roles encompassing MSLs, full time and per diem nurses, and also leads the Contact Center supporting over 15 clients with both Inside Sales and patient-facing programs. Pat also leads Syneos Health teams responsible for medication adherence programs focused on products dispensed in retail pharmacies.
Pat has more than 25 years of experience in Operations and Market Access including: managed markets contracting, reimbursement, HUB operations, trade and distribution, customer service, data analytics, vendor and customer management. Over the past ten years, he has developed and deployed Market Access teams for large and small pharma customers, including Amgen, Novartis, Janssen, Mitsubishi, Relypsa, and Sun Pharma.
Prior to his role with Market Access, TSS and the Contact Center, Pat was the VP of Business Development for inVentiv Therapeutics Institute. Before that, he held a number of positions including National Sales Director for Sandoz and Manager of Call Center Operations for EMD Serono.
Pat earned his BSBA from Emmanuel College in Boston.
