Katharina Miles

Katharina Miles is the Director of inside sales, known as the Flex Team, at GSK. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and market access, Katharina leads the vaccines inside sales team at GSK, driving successful sales initiatives, supporting product launches, and enabling strong vendor partnerships. Her career at GSK began in 2016, when she gained extensive experience in the vaccines business unit, including roles in sales, marketing, and trade strategy. Previously, Katharina also served as the Director of General Medicines & Respiratory Market Access Strategy at GSK, where she developed and executed profitable access strategies for the respiratory portfolio and advised senior leadership on key policy changes. Katharina received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University, where she also completed her EMT license and training.
