Jennifer Muszik is a seasoned learning and development executive with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She currently leads Commercial Learning & Leadership Development at Alkermes, where she drives cross-functional enablement strategies to equip field sales teams for success. Previously, Jennifer served as Executive Director, Worldwide Field Learning at Biogen, where she led global commercial, medical, market access, and patient services learning initiatives. She also spent nearly 17 years at Pfizer and 3 years at Roche Diagnostics, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations, and learning & development. Beyond her corporate career, Jennifer is an executive coach and business consultant, helping leaders and organizations navigate change, enhance leadership capabilities, and optimize commercial excellence. She is a Hudson Certified Executive Coach, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF, and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Marketing from Butler University and is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies. She is also an LTEN Board Member, contributing to the advancement of learning in life sciences.
