Jaime O'Neill

Jaime joined Syneos Health in 2019 after nearly 20 years in pharmaceutical sales. As a Senior Director, Engagement Center, she is responsible for driving program success, ensuring quality control, and delivering customer satisfaction for the organization’s global engagement center efforts. With a goal of ensuring long-term customer relationships, she is responsible for implementing effective processes, ensuring high program quality, and the success of new and evolving services to support business growth initiatives across Syneos Health’s business units. Jaime has a profound knowledge and understanding of building and managing teams in the multi-channel pharmaceutical sales space. She has vast sales experience with specialty products, including those in the urology, oncology, cardiology, respiratory, diabetes, allergy, and women’s health. Jaime received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Minor in Marketing from Monmouth University.
