Hemal is a member of the founding team of PharmaForceIQ, an optichannel engagement solutions provider, and she now serves as Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she leads multiple business functions and advises brand, omnichannel, and medical teams on crafting more effective customer engagement campaigns. Hemal has more than 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience throughout the therapeutic product lifecycle, from launching blockbuster global brands to helping growing and mature brands navigate a variety of market pressures and achieve diverse strategic imperatives. Hemal has held marketing leadership roles at Merck, AstraZeneca, Boston Scientific, and other companies. She was also a consultant at IQVIA advising global pharma companies in commercial strategy and HCP and DTC engagement. Hemal has an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an MBA in Business and Clinical Regulatory Affairs from Claremont Graduate University.
