Christopher (Chris) Leggett is a healthcare executive and futurist who has successfully identified and driven key strategic initiatives at Genmab, Janssen, Novo Nordisk, and GSK resulting in significant brand and revenue growth. Chris joined Genmab, a biotechnology company specializing in the creation and development of novel antibody therapies targeting cancer and other serious diseases, as Head of Global Commercial Innovation in 2021. In this role, he monitors market trends, leverages data to generate insights, and identifies innovative approaches to transform customer experience across development and commercialization. Prior to Genmab, Chris served as Group Director, Market Access Marketing (Immunology) at Janssen from 2019 to 2021. At Janssen, he was responsible for leading a team tasked with monitoring payer trends, identifying growth opportunities, and deploying strategies to improve patient access to the immunology portfolio. Notable successes include growing first-line access from 50% to 80% in the psoriasis (PsO) market and achieving 70% launch access in the psoriatic arthritis (PsA) market for TREMFYA. As a result, Chris was awarded the Value, Access, and Pricing Leader of the Year Award in 2021.
