Chris Moose is Vice President Life Sciences at Wheel, a leading Telehealth platform using technology to improve patient outcomes. Wheel enables virtual consultations linking patients to a nation-wide clinical network. The result is increased patient access reducing the challenges of healthcare deserts and clinician shortages. Previously he was a Partner in IBM's Healthcare and Life Sciences Consulting Organization where he advised companies on government policy, emerging technologies and funding mechanisms that will transform healthcare. The power of marketplaces to improve healthcare is a particular focus and he previously helped deliver Pulse by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), a technology supply chain platform addressing the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). He also develops and presents HealthTech perspectives to Congressional, Federal Department, State and National Media audiences. Responsibilities: executive leadership, strategic planning, marketplace assessment, business plan development, contracting, business development, addressing media and delivering an ecosystem point of view to government officials (congressional, federal agencies and states)
