Alejandro Arciniegas

With more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience, Alejandro is now the Director, Remodulin Marketing at United

Therapeutics within a portfolio of treatments for a rare disease called Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). Previously leading strategic and tactical planning for 3 brands and 4 formulations as Associate Director, Franchise HCP Strategy and Promotion, Alejandro had a pivotal role in integrating promotional communications across the franchise to maximize engagement and drive a holistic approach.

Working across both traditional and digital channels, he develops compelling and insightful promotional/education initiatives

targeted for the healthcare professional audience. Before joining United Therapeutics in 2011, Alejandro worked at

a healthcare communications agency, as well as in various sales and account positions throughout the East Coast. Alejandro earned his MBA in Marketing & General Management from Barcelona’s ESERP University, his undergraduate degree

in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and additional accreditations from Staffordshire University in

the United Kingdom and Universidad de Barcelona in Spain.
