Timmy Ford is a Sales Executive with extensive experience in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. He is known for steering companies toward revenue growth and positive cultures by developing sales strategies and tactics, leading retail teams, partnering with distribution networks and health system customers, and guiding organizations through complex change. These standout capabilities were developed throughout a successful career at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Daiichi Sankyo, Johnson and Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Pepsi Cola, and Kraft Foods. Timmy is a four-time winner of the President’s Circle of Excellence Award from Sunovion and was recognized for outstanding sales and commercial performance. He has held several leadership roles on corporate committees and Diversity Councils and was instrumental in shaping the culture and advancing the company’s value. Coaching and developing individuals is a passion of Timmy’s and it warms his heart to see professionals achieve their career goals. He has participated in numerous keynote and industry events as public speaking gives him energy as he loves to be on stage sharing his professional and personal wisdom. Timmy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sales and Marketing from Indiana University and a Leading Strategic Growth Certification from the Columbia Business School in New York. He sits on the Board for the National Sales Network.
