Dr. Pulim is currently Medical Director at PharmacistPartners, and CMIO at @Point of Care™.   He leverages innovative health information technology to support the highest quality care, patient outreach, and population management, while providing a safe and trusted environment for self-assessment, peer assessment, evaluation of performance in practice, and learning at the point of care.

Dr. Pulim founded several health tech companies, most recently as co-founder of Health Recovery Solutions, which helps empower patients to better manage their health and improve quality of life using evidence based interventions.

Dr. Pulim previously served as Senior Medical Editor at MDLinx,  an award-winning, practical medical information tool that busy physicians, and other healthcare professionals use to stay up to date with the latest research in the medical field.

He earned his MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2002, and since then he has been an advisor at several Health/tech accelerator programs such as Liftoff Health, Startup Health, and BluePrint Health.
