Rodney Somerville has over 20 years of business and industry experience.  He is widely recognized for his cross-functional business and project leadership with experience in Management Development, Sales Training, Procurement, District Management, Marketing, Sales, and Six Sigma consulting.

As a Senior Manager for Commercial Sales Leadership Development at  Johnson & and Johnson, Rodney is responsible for development, execution, and measurement of the Management Development curriculum for commercial sales leaders across Janssen and the key contact for the Janssen Management Development Program.

Rodney holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University and is J&J Certified in Lean for Six Sigma.

He currently resides in Glenside, PA
