Rishav has over 15 years of experience bringing cutting-edge technology solutions to the Talent Management arena, including playing a critical role in the development of an award-winning HRMS system for PeopleSoft.  He has spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of TalentFirst’s flagship technology-based platform (iCoachFirst®) across a multitude of organizations in the Life Sciences arena. 

Rishav earned his B.S. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Columbia University.
