Over the last 18 years CSL has grown to be a major provider of Quality Assurance and Incentive Compensation solutions to the Pharma and Banking industries.  Based in Burlington VT, Richard specializes in the commercial growth of CSL and consulting / strategizing in performance management and Incentive compensation.
