Richard Johnson is a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer (CMCT), personally trained by Dr. Robert Cialdini and Dr. Gregory Neidert, Director of Training, INFLUENCE AT WORK.

Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Training from Webster University. Additionally he holds undergraduate degrees in Sales and Marketing from Trident College and Charleston Southern University. Richard received the prestigious Merit Award in Marketing. Richard completed his Master’s program Summa Cum Laude from Webster University. His thesis focused on pharmaceutical sales and marketing excellence.

These areas of expertise combined with his experience as Sales Representative, Regional Field Training Coordinator, Hospital Sales Representative, Territory Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, National Field Sales Director and Senior Vice President of Sales and Sales Training provide Richard with a unique blend of people development and business development skills.

Richard has spent the last 20 years developing world class sales teams with a special emphasis on the pharmaceutical and medical industry. During this time, Richard and his teams have won the highest sales awards in the industry thirteen times.
