Randy has invested 30+ years in pharma primarily with start-up organizations.  His journey began with a small start-up company called Bock Pharmacal, transitioning to the initial launch of Sanofi in the USA; then, the start-up of a women’s health specialty company called Ther-Rx, and currently, another women’s health start-up called TherapeuticsMD. With each transition, salesforce expansion and the curriculum to support the expansion was always a priority.   Randy’s educational background is in secondary education and he has, over the years, parlayed those skills into adult learning with a focus on knowledge, skills, and behaviors aligned with successful job performance at all levels of the organization.
