Neil Bloking is currently a VP of Business Management and Governance with TD Bank. Neil brings to his work a diversity of experience, having held positions with top banks over the past twenty-five years, including Bank of America, Fleet Bank, and Bank of New England. He has held offices in Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, Process Engineering, Project Management Office, Technology, Collections, Operations and Private Clients.  During his tenure, Neil has established several banks, small businesses and coordinated over 300 billion in Asset Sales.  Neil is Six Sigma certified, maintains affiliation and accreditation with PMI and is an active member of the B.P.O.E.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western New England College with degrees in Information Technology and Finance.  Neil resides in CT with his wife Cindy and is an avid Golfer, Skier and Yachtsman.
