Judson Chase is a Customer Success Director at Zephyr Health; the Insights-as- a-Service leader harnessing the power of global health data to help Life Sciences companies engage the right physicians, accounts and institutions. He is passionate about engaging customers and expanding their use cases by aligning product management and implementation teams around key performance goals.

Prior to joining Zephyr Health, Judson spent fifteen years working in customer management and business consultancy for technology companies serving Life Sciences industry. His strong background with technology firms, like Tibco and Oracle, position him uniquely to think proactively about the customers’ business needs to deliver meaningful value through the use of software solutions.

Judson holds a BS in Marketing from University of Georgia and clinical trial certifications from Boston College.
