Janardhan Vellore is the Head of Commercial Analytics, at Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, and leads the Management Science team tasked with advanced sales, marketing and payer analytics and commercial ROI analyses.  He was most recently Director for Analytics and Insights, leading a team of market researchers and analysts supporting specialty drugs across the various stages of the product lifecycle. In that role, he supported brand planning, led forecasting efforts, and drove productivity initiatives, to mention a few of his responsibilities.  Prior to Novartis, he held executive positions at Medco Health Solutions, and previously worked at ZS Associates, a management consulting firm.  Janardhan holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Masters degree in Engineering from The University of Akron (OH), as well as a Bachelors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
