Dharmesh has experience in a variety of industries and different roles which have leveraged his background in Finance, Operations, Marketing and IT systems.  For the past 13 years he has been with GSK and is currently part of the Strategy, Planning and Operations organization supporting the US Pharmaceuticals Sales Team.  Recently, Dharmesh has supported the design and implementation of GSK’s incentive compensation program.  He has developed innovative compensation programs designed to support company objectives during times of both stability and change. 

Dharmesh resides in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina and holds an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Business at Vanderbilt University as well as a Bachelors of Science from Lyon College.
