Deb is an accomplished senior executive, with more than 30 years experience in building and leading start-up and high growth organizations. The last 20 years have been exclusively focused in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

She served in an executive leadership position for a company that offered a multi-channel communication platform for HCPs. She also served as President of Sales and Strategic Planning for a place-based media and patient education company. Deb was corporate officer of a publicly traded company, responsible for growing their $350M sales and marketing business, with an exclusive focus on pharmaceutical sales organizations.

Deb began her career with the IBM Corporation. During her tenure there, she held increasingly responsible positions in sales, sales training, and marketing. Working in multiple industry verticals, she gained an in-depth understanding of best of breed business practices that can be leveraged in the healthcare industry she now serves.
